Maura is a talented Belgian business woman who has lived in 4 countries so far. She is fluent in 6 languages, has studied law at the KULeuven, has experience in recruitment and international affairs. After being politically active for over 15 years in Belgium, she moved to Hamburg, Germany where she has studied Fashion at the Academie für Mode und Design and founded her own international production agency.
She is a creative mind, great communicator and born networker, so she quickly got back to bringing great business minds together. Two years later, she co-founds STAFF, an international recruitment and cultural business consulting agency because she believes in long-term successful partnerships based on trust!

Steven Declercq is co-founding partner of STAFF. Stevens no 1. mission is to open new perspectives and possibilities by connecting IT experts with career opportunities. He has over 10 years of experience as recruiter and sales leader in several sectors, countries and languages. Steven has built up and managed successful recruitment businesses in Belgium, Germany and Sweden.
